Two types of test kits available for histamine test:
1.Physichemical method test kit: 24T/kit, with the following LODs:
Seafood: 5ppm
Milk: 1.2ppm
Fish Sauce: 15ppm
Fish Meal: 100ppm
2.Histamine Enzymatic Assay Kit: 96T/kit, with the followig LOD:
0.5 ppm (seafood, wine, milk, etc.)
LODs are adjustable upon specific needs.
