The sample-ready microbial count plates provide a convenient and reliable microbiological method for determining the number of viable, culturable microorganisms in a sample by cultivating them onto the pre-prepared count plate containing a nutrient medium and then counting the resulting colonies. The process involves plating the sample onto the count plate, incubating the plates, and counting colonies after incubation.
