This ready-to-use count plate is a pre-prepared culture medium product containing a selective medium, a hydrogel, and a specific enzyme indicator, in short, it is a sample-ready-culture medium system. We use advanced microbial culture and coloration technologies to achieve rapid growth and interpretation of colonies, providing users much improved detection efficiency, easiness of operation, convenience of use, and cost reduction.
Test Procedure:
Place the count plate on a flat work surface, remove the cover film, and use a sterile pipette to evenly drop 1 mL of sample homogenate onto the count plate. Wait for the plate to fully absorb the liquid, then slowly put down the cover film. Stack the count plates together. Place them horizontally in a constant temperature incubator with the transparent side facing up. Incubate at 36℃±1℃ for 15-24 hours, followed by colony counting and results interpretation/reporting.
