Principle
The determination of zearalenone immunoaffinity column is based on antigen antibody reaction. The monoclonal antibody against zearalenone is connected to the gel medium in the column. The ZEA in the sample is extracted, filtered and diluted, and then the sample extract is slowly passed through the ZEA immunoaffinity column. In the immune affinity column, ZEA is combined with the antibody, and the washing solution is used to remove the unconjugated impurities through the immune affinity column. Finally, ZEA was eluted with methanol and subjected to relevant analysis
